Initially the villa had 120m, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and a terrace. placed in 3000m of land.
For the project, our company considered the location and size of the land, and what most of the clients are looking for , that are contemporary villas.
Currently it consists of 500m built, with an interior high ceiling of 4m in the areas of living and dining room. It was built with 5 in suit bedrooms, a laundry and staff room.
Carport for 4 vehicles.
Landscaping work was carefully done to clear the views to the sea and the expansion of the pool, with a great chill out area.
The entire building work and Deco takes 4 months. All the desing and building execution was directed by Eva Sarla Gerardi.
